    ​A prominent official of the Saudi company for electronic information exchange (exchange) Mohamed Al-Harbi said that the one-stop-shop window (Fassah) is looking to raise the level of the export and import process in order to achieve one of the most prominent goals of the Kingdom's 2030 vision through a variety of services system, provided through a number of portals bearing the names Several are business development, allowing linkage and integration with other government agencies, logistics communities, in addition to the information exchange platform (Fassah)​.

    He added during a direct meeting organized by the logistical committee in the Asharqia Chamber and managed by the head of the committee, Rakan bin Abdul Rahman Al-O​​​teshan, on Wednesday (1 / July / 2020) that the "Business Development" portal aims to introduce the investor to the procedures related to trade across the Saudi borders and link them to the relevant platforms .. while The portal "Fassah​ by linking and integrating with other government agencies" is one portal for the merchant to submit requests for "permits" for al-Fasah from the relevant government agencies in import and export, and its services have been started with the Industrial Security Authority and the Food and Drug Authority, while exchanging data (Fassah) provides The exchange of cargo data for all sea, air, land and dry outlets, and serves both customs and government agencies, brokers, freight forwarders, courier companies, and private laboratories.​

    As for the "logistical societies" platform, according to Al-Harbi, they are societies that link community members in exchanging data and facilitating special procedures. The port community has been launched, which facilitates the process of managing ships in Saudi ports, which are added to the portal (or platform) logistic services aimed at facilitating services such as The service of reserving appointments for marine ports and tracking the status of goods, as well as the "logistic market platform" that aims to link the private sector to each other, through supply and medicine, to contribute to reducing time and effort in cross-border trade.

    Al-Harbi discussed the beneficiaries of the platform, and he mentioned: 52,486 exporters and importers, 3349 customs brokers, 33 car agents, 9 express mail establishments, 13 port operators, 154 freight agents, 45 private labs and one train operator

    On the achievements of the platform, he said that the electronic linking of the subsequent scans has been launched with the Food and Drug Authority and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in all the main ports of the Kingdom (air, sea and dry), and importers and exporters have been registered so that they can complete their transactions without the need to visit any port of customs or provide Official papers, 22 services were launched and customs work, and liaison with the Standards, Metrology, and Quality Authority, and accordingly the Energy Efficiency Verification Verification Service and the Certification Accreditation Service were launched, and the tobacco importer license service was also launched in cooperation with the Food and Drug Authority.
    In this field, and within the talk about the achievements, Al-Harbi said that the stage of the services of customs brokers has been launched, and work is underway to develop a license to practice the profession for them, with the port operators through the Meraas platform, and the development of tracking service for shipments of all kinds (Bahri) has also been completed.     He mentioned that the truck management project had been launched in the King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam, as well as the experimental launch of government integration services with the Ministry of Interior in the Industrial Security Vulnerability Portal.
